Mark Of The Devil

Vicious violence in this exploitation film that was heavily influcenced by Witchfinder General and stars Udo Kier

  1. “Enjoy” is not quite the word I would use for Mark of the Devil – but it was quite good with Lom and Kier really working well together.

Don’t Answer the Phone, on the other hand, I really loved. Nicholas Worth totally crushes the bad guy roll in that flick and has great chemistry with the female lead. Plus it’s always fun to see movies set in the sleazy, dangerous LA of the late seventies. A totally different kind of sleazy and dangerous that you get from movies set on 42nd Street.
